WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

MoeSoap does not accept returns.

Unfortunately we don't cover stolen or misplaced packages if the tracking number status is delivered.

If you have any issues with your product, please don't hesitate to email us at Moesoap@outlook.com and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

WHAT SHIPPING MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

For packaging and shipping, we use only recyclable and up-cyclable materials that are completely plastic-free and biodegradable. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. 

We ship via USPS, so once your order ships, you can typically expect to receive your order within 2-10 business days. Please be patient, USPS is experiencing delays (so please expect moderate delays during the COVID-19 pandemic).

Please be aware that orders may take longer to arrive, as carriers work to deliver high shipping volumes, due to Covid-19. Thank you for your understanding. 

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed (keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on holidays).

The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please reach out to us.
